Welcome to Osiris, operated by Osiris Sports. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of osirisrating.com, including our website, dashboards, athlete profiles, ratings, rankings, leaderboards, reports, subscription services, and related tools.

By accessing or using Osiris, creating an account, accepting an invitation, subscribing to a plan, or clicking “I Agree,” you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Osiris.

1. Purpose of Osiris

Osiris is a sports performance, athlete rating, leaderboard, and data visualization platform.

The platform may allow schools, teams, coaches, athletes, parents, administrators, clubs, or other authorized users to view, enter, manage, compare, and analyze athletic performance information.

Osiris may include features such as:

• Athlete profiles
• Performance ratings
• Rankings
• Leaderboards
• Badges or achievement levels
• Team dashboards
• Training-related metrics
• Historical progress tracking
• Reports and visualizations
• Subscription-based access
• Organization-level account management

Osiris is intended to support training, coaching, education, performance communication, and athlete development. It is not intended to replace professional coaching judgment, medical advice, athletic training services, academic records, recruiting evaluations, or official school records.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You may use Osiris only if you are authorized to do so.

You must be one of the following:

• A school, team, club, or organization representative
• A coach, administrator, staff member, or authorized adult user
• An athlete with appropriate permission, where required
• A parent or guardian of an athlete
• Another user invited or approved by an authorized account administrator

Users under 18 may use Osiris only with appropriate parent, guardian, school, team, or organizational approval.

Users under 13 may use Osiris only where legally permitted and with any required parent, guardian, school, or organizational authorization.

You agree that the information you provide during account creation or platform use will be accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

• Share your username or password with unauthorized users
• Allow another person to access Osiris through your account
• Use another person’s account without permission
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Access data you are not authorized to view
• Attempt to bypass permissions or account restrictions

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you notify Osiris Sports that your account has been compromised.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact Osiris Sports at customersupport@osirisrating.com.

4. School, Team, and Organization Accounts

If you use Osiris on behalf of a school, team, club, business, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

The organization is responsible for:

• Determining which users may access the account
• Managing user roles and permissions
• Reviewing who can see athlete data
• Ensuring submitted athlete data is accurate
• Obtaining any required parent, guardian, athlete, school, or organizational approvals
• Complying with applicable laws, rules, policies, and athletic association requirements
• Deciding how ratings, rankings, leaderboards, reports, and athlete information may be used

If athlete or student information is provided by or on behalf of a school or organization, that school or organization remains responsible for determining whether the information may be shared with Osiris and with other authorized users.

5. Athlete Data and Performance Information

Osiris may store, display, calculate, or organize athlete-related information, including but not limited to:

• Name
• Team
• Sport
• Position
• Grade level
• Age group
• Roster information
• Performance test results
• Speed, jump, strength, power, movement, or agility metrics
• Ratings and rankings
• Badges or achievements
• Historical progress
• Notes, tags, groups, or categories added by authorized users

You agree not to upload unnecessary sensitive information, including but not limited to:

• Medical diagnoses
• Detailed injury treatment records
• Mental health records
• Social security numbers
• Financial account numbers
• Government identification numbers
• Information unrelated to the platform’s intended sports performance purpose

Performance information should be entered, reviewed, and used responsibly.

6. Ratings, Rankings, Badges, and Leaderboards

Osiris may generate ratings, rankings, badges, achievement levels, leaderboard placements, or comparisons based on available data.

You understand and agree that:

• Ratings are estimates, calculations, or visual summaries.
• Rankings may change as new data is added.
• Ratings and rankings may be affected by testing conditions, timing systems, missing data, data entry errors, equipment differences, formula changes, or user-selected filters.
• Ratings are not a complete measurement of an athlete’s ability, value, character, health, potential, or future success.
• Leaderboards are intended to encourage training, communication, and development, not to embarrass, shame, bully, or harm athletes.
• Osiris Sports does not guarantee athletic improvement, injury reduction, recruiting exposure, scholarship offers, playing time, team selection, or competitive success.

Ratings, rankings, badges, and leaderboards should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions, return-to-play decisions, academic decisions, disciplinary decisions, scholarship decisions, roster decisions, or playing-time decisions.

7. No Medical, Health, or Safety Advice

Osiris does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation plans, injury evaluation, return-to-play clearance, or injury prevention guarantees.

Athletes should consult qualified medical professionals, athletic trainers, physicians, school health personnel, or appropriate professionals for health, injury, or safety concerns.

Coaches, parents, athletes, schools, teams, and organizations are responsible for using professional judgment when applying training, testing, and performance information.

8. No Recruiting, Scholarship, or Athletic Guarantee

Osiris Sports does not guarantee:

• Recruiting exposure
• College interest
• Scholarship offers
• Roster spots
• Playing time
• Team selection
• Athletic achievement
• Performance improvement
• Injury reduction
• Professional opportunities

Any ratings, rankings, badges, or performance summaries are informational tools only.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Osiris responsibly and lawfully.

You may not:

• Access data without authorization
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Upload false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use Osiris to harass, embarrass, bully, shame, threaten, or target athletes or users
• Use ratings, rankings, or leaderboards in a discriminatory, abusive, or harmful manner
• Violate school, team, athletic association, or organizational policies
• Use Osiris for unlawful activity
• Interfere with the platform’s operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or data
• Upload malware, viruses, harmful code, or disruptive content
• Use Osiris in a way that damages, disables, overloads, or impairs the service

Osiris Sports may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms or created risk for athletes, users, schools, organizations, the platform, or others.

10. No Reverse Engineering, Scraping, or Unauthorized Platform Use

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, inspect, copy, modify, or attempt to derive the source code, formulas, algorithms, rating logic, data models, workflows, database structure, or underlying ideas of Osiris
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, data-mining tools, browser automation, or similar methods to access, collect, copy, extract, export, or monitor Osiris content or data
• Attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or work around any security, authentication, permission, usage limit, paywall, subscription restriction, or access-control feature
• Use Osiris to create, train, improve, benchmark, copy, or support a competing product or service
• Copy, reproduce, clone, resell, sublicense, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of Osiris without written permission
• Access another user’s account, organization workspace, athlete data, school data, team information, or subscription features without authorization
• Test, probe, scan, overload, disrupt, attack, or compromise Osiris, its servers, databases, APIs, or connected services
• Use platform data, screenshots, formulas, rating systems, page layouts, or reports to recreate a similar product or service

Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, removal of data access, cancellation of subscriptions, and any other remedies available under law.

11. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Some Osiris features may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

Subscription terms, pricing, renewal dates, cancellation options, and refund rules will be shown at checkout, in your account, in an invoice, or in a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew.
• You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
• Canceling a subscription may stop future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
• Failed payments may result in limited, suspended, or terminated access.
• Osiris Sports may change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Organization subscriptions may be governed by separate written terms.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. Osiris Sports does not intend to store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

12. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Osiris Sports may offer free trials, discounts, promotional pricing, beta access, or limited-time access.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

• Are available only to eligible users
• May be limited to one per person, organization, or account
• May end or change at any time
• May convert to a paid subscription if disclosed at signup
• May be subject to additional terms

You are responsible for reviewing the offer terms before accepting a trial or promotion.

13. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

Osiris Sports may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription fees already paid may be non-refundable, including fees for unused portions of a billing period.

14. Privacy

Your use of Osiris is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, how we share it, and how users may contact us about privacy-related requests.

By using Osiris, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

15. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, upload, approve, or connect to Osiris.

Osiris may provide calculations, visualizations, ratings, reports, or leaderboards based on the data available to us, but Osiris Sports does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

If you believe information is incorrect, contact your account administrator or Osiris Sports at customersupport@osirisrating.com.

16. Data Access, Export, and Removal

Authorized users may request updates, corrections, exports, or deletion of certain information by contacting Osiris Sports at customersupport@osirisrating.com.

For school, team, club, or organization accounts, some requests may need to be handled by the organization that controls the account.

Some information may be retained for legitimate business, security, legal, backup, billing, audit, or contractual reasons.

Canceling an account or subscription does not automatically delete all historical data, billing records, backup records, or information Osiris Sports is legally or contractually required to keep.

17. Ownership of Osiris

Osiris, including its software, design, dashboards, formulas, ratings, ranking systems, graphics, logos, badges, text, workflows, user interface, reports, data models, and features, is owned by Osiris Sports or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Osiris to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Osiris without written permission.

18. User Content and Submitted Data

You or your organization may submit information, data, names, images, logos, notes, comments, or other content to Osiris.

You retain any rights you already have in submitted content.

However, you grant Osiris Sports a limited right to host, store, process, display, analyze, calculate, transmit, and use submitted content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Osiris.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, consents, or authorizations to submit any content or data you provide.

19. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Osiris may connect with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Payment processors
• Hosting providers
• Database providers
• Analytics tools
• Authentication providers
• Data providers
• Performance technology systems
• School or team software systems

Osiris Sports is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data accuracy, their security, or their policies.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

20. Availability and Platform Changes

Osiris Sports may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Osiris at any time.

Osiris Sports does not guarantee that Osiris will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Osiris Sports may release new features, remove features, adjust formulas, update rating logic, change user interfaces, modify reports, or change how data is displayed.

21. Suspension and Termination

Osiris Sports may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay required fees
• Your organization ends its subscription
• Your account creates a legal, security, privacy, or operational risk
• You misuse athlete, student, school, or organization data
• You attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or disrupt Osiris
• Osiris Sports discontinues the platform or a related service

You may stop using Osiris at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.

22. Disclaimers

Osiris is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osiris Sports disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and non-infringement.

Osiris Sports does not guarantee that:

• The platform will meet your expectations
• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will always be complete, accurate, or current
• Ratings or rankings will reflect full athletic ability
• Any athlete, team, school, or organization will achieve a specific result

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osiris Sports and its owners, employees, contractors, officers, directors, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages related to:

• Data errors
• Lost access
• Lost revenue
• Lost opportunities
• Athletic decisions
• Coaching decisions
• School decisions
• Recruiting outcomes
• Subscription interruptions
• Unauthorized account access
• Platform changes
• Use or misuse of rankings, ratings, badges, or leaderboards

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osiris Sports’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Osiris Sports for the platform during the three months before the claim arose.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Osiris Sports and its owners, employees, contractors, officers, directors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of Osiris
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unauthorized submission or use of athlete, student, school, or organization data
• Your violation of another person’s rights
• Your misuse of ratings, rankings, badges, or leaderboards
• Your violation of applicable laws, policies, or regulations
• Your attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, attack, or misuse Osiris

25. Changes to These Terms

Osiris Sports may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, Osiris Sports may notify users by email, in-app notice, login prompt, website notice, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Osiris after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless another process is required by law or agreed to in writing.
