By using Osiris, creating an account, accepting an invitation, submitting information, subscribing to a plan, or continuing past the login screen, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. What Osiris Does

Osiris provides a sports performance, athlete rating, leaderboard, and data visualization platform.

Osiris may be used by schools, teams, coaches, athletes, parents, administrators, clubs, or other authorized organizations.

Osiris may help users view, enter, manage, compare, and analyze athlete performance data, including strength, speed, jump, power, agility, movement, and other sport-performance information.

Osiris is designed for training, coaching, communication, and informational purposes. It is not a medical, academic, recruiting, or professional evaluation service.

Osiris Sports does not use athlete performance data to make medical decisions, recruiting decisions, academic decisions, or official eligibility decisions.

4. Student and Minor Information

Osiris may be used by schools, teams, coaches, athletes, or parents. Some users may be minors.

If a school, team, club, or organization provides athlete information, that organization is responsible for confirming that it has the authority, consent, or legal basis required to provide and use that information.

For school-provided student information, the school or organization may control the information and may be responsible for responding to parent, guardian, student, or eligible student requests.

For children under 13, Osiris should only be used where legally permitted and with any required parent, guardian, school, or organizational authorization.

Osiris Sports recommends that schools, teams, clubs, and organizations do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, including medical diagnoses, detailed injury treatment records, counseling records, social security numbers, financial information, or other information not needed for the platform’s sports performance purpose.

5. How Information Is Shared

Osiris Sports may share information in the following limited situations.

### With Authorized Users

Information may be visible to authorized users within the same school, team, club, organization, or account.

This may include:

• Coaches
• Administrators
• Staff members
• Athletes
• Parents or guardians
• Other approved users

Visibility depends on account settings, permissions, and organization decisions.

### With Schools, Teams, Clubs, or Organizations

If your account is connected to a school, team, club, or organization, that organization may control access to certain data.

The organization may request:

• Exports
• Corrections

• Account updates
• User permission changes
• Athlete profile changes

### With Service Providers

Osiris Sports may share information with trusted vendors that help operate Osiris, including:

Osiris Sports does not share athlete data with outside parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

If this changes, Osiris Sports will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notice or consent.

7. Leaderboards, Rankings, and Shared Displays

Some Osiris features may allow leaderboards, ratings, badges, rankings, or athlete summaries to be displayed to groups of users.

Schools, teams, clubs, and organizations are responsible for deciding whether, how, and to whom athlete rankings or performance information should be displayed.

Osiris Sports recommends limiting access to athlete-specific information to authorized users with a legitimate coaching, administrative, parent, guardian, or athlete interest.

Users may not use leaderboards, ratings, rankings, badges, or performance information to harass, bully, embarrass, shame, discriminate against, or harm athletes or other users.

8. Organization-Controlled Data

For school, team, club, or organization accounts, the organization may be the primary controller or owner of certain athlete and team data.

This means the organization may decide:

• Which users can access the account
• Which athletes are included
• What information is uploaded
• Whether athletes or parents can view certain information
• How long information remains in the account
• Whether information is exported, corrected, or deleted
• Whether leaderboards or rankings are displayed

Osiris Sports provides the platform and processes data as needed to support the organization’s use of Osiris.

9. Data Security

Osiris Sports uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include:

• Password protection
• User permissions
• Role-based access controls
• Encryption where appropriate
• Secure hosting
• Access logs
• Monitoring for suspicious activity
• Limiting access to authorized personnel and service providers
• Security reviews and updates

No system is completely secure. Osiris Sports cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, or security incidents will never occur.

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and promptly notifying Osiris Sports of suspected unauthorized access.

Osiris Sports keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

For organization accounts, the organization may control how long certain athlete or team information is retained.

Depending on the account structure, Osiris Sports may need to verify your identity or direct your request to the school, team, club, or organization that controls the account.

Parents, guardians, athletes, and eligible students may need to work through their school or organization for requests involving student records or organization-controlled data.

Osiris Sports may deny or limit requests when necessary to:

If you connect or upload data from another system, you represent that you have the necessary permission to provide that data to Osiris.

Osiris Sports is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, or security of third-party systems.

18. Public Information and Screenshots

Users are responsible for how they share screenshots, exports, reports, rankings, leaderboards, or athlete information outside Osiris.

You should not publicly share athlete personal information, student information, private team information, or organization-controlled data unless you have proper authorization.

Osiris Sports is not responsible for unauthorized sharing by users outside the platform.

19. International Users

Osiris is primarily intended for use in the United States.

If users access Osiris from outside the United States, they understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Osiris Sports may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make material changes, Osiris Sports may notify users by email, in-app notice, login prompt, website notice, or another reasonable method.
